• Me: I'm so sorry to bother you, could I get a photo?
• Taylor: Sure!
• Me: Thank you so much! I love you! Oh my god, your hair! It’s gorgeous! And straight! Wow!
• Taylor: Well, thank YOU! Yeah I sort of have this thing where I straighten my hair during the winter period. I don’t know, I just… it just sorta happens. You know, it’s cold and wet and rainy and you just throw on a beanie and walk out the door. It’s effective… it’s time management at its best.
• Me: So are you gonna curl it anytime soon?
• Taylor: I don’t know. I'm still kind of in-between hair styles right now, like I’ve found out that once I find something that I really like, I tend to stick with it. Obsessively. But my curly hair has always been one of the things that defines me as a person, so I’m not going to completely banish it, you know. I'm just trying something new.
• Me: You’re being fearless!
• Taylor: Hahahahaha, I love that! Yes! Oh my god that’s totally like 2008!
• Me: Can I just add that Safe & Sound is so gorgeous! I can’t listen to it without crying, it’s so beautiful!
• Taylor: Aw, thank you! Thanks for saying that, you are too sweet! I’ve had mixed reactions of it from a lot of different people, so it means a lot to me that you like it! (She then did a weird action where she made two fists and moved her elbows to her chest and said “Yes!”)
• Me: I can’t wait to see the movie! I love the books, especially Mockingjay! Have you read that one yet?
• Taylor: Oh, The Hunger Games? I’ve read the first two, and I'm halfway through Mockingjay. It’s so great! I literally could not put them down, I read Catching Fire within two days!
• Me: Who is your favourite character??
• Taylor: That’s hard! Of course Katniss, and Peeta, cause he is so sweet, but I actually really liked Mags, is that, is that weird? I don’t know, and Finnick, and I just love them all! It’s such a great trilogy.
• Me: I agree!!!
• (Taylor’s bodyguard was looking at her and motioning to leave)
• Me: Can I just ask you one more question?? It’s for a school project I'm doing about you!
• Taylor: Aww yeah, sure! I'm not in any hurry.

• Taylor: Oooh, good one! Um, there’s a lot of really great music on my iPod right now, it’s kinda hard to choose! Um, I’d say;

• Valotte by Julian Lennon, it’s so catchy and he sounds like his dad!
• Renegade by Paramore, it’s my go-to dance party song! Hayley sounds so awesome!
• And In Search Of Peter Pan by Kate Bush, it’s so gorgeous. Listen to it, her voice is so remarkable!

• Taylor: No problem, I love you too!! Thank you for chatting with me, I’ll see you soon!
• Me: I hope so!

• (Then she walked away… If you are wondering how I can remember this it’s because I have it as a voice recording on my phone. I wanted to have something so that I’d always remember her words! I’d post it, but my voice is terrible and I’m kinda self conscious!)

“One of my favorite stories with Taylor Swift was when I was going through a very hard breakup. She came to my house at 10:30 at night and knocked on my door. I opened it, and she had two big bags of junk food, cookies, Snickers and soda. She put it on the table, put her laptop on, we made a video, and she told me that now we could look forward to breakups, since we know the other one will get us junk food! She’s very sweet. I feel very lucky to have her in my life.”
